Work Factor® Services Practice

The Work-Factor System is SMC's proprietary work measurement system, in use throughout the world for over fifty (50) years. With its rigorous, objective and reliable application rules, high quality work standards are produced and used in support of Production Planning and Scheduling and numerous Incentive Systems.
